Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of apps published by HavenApps. By downloading or using any of our apps, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the apps.

The apps

HavenApps builds apps for Apple platforms, including iPhone, iPad, Mac, and Apple Vision Pro. We distribute them through the Apple App Store. Apple's own terms also apply to your use of the App Store and any content you download from it.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use our apps on devices you own or control, as permitted by the App Store terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or distribute the apps or any part of them.

In-app purchases

Our apps follow a pay-what-you-want model. You can use them freely. If you choose to pay, you do so through in-app purchases processed by Apple. All payments are final. We do not handle billing or payment information. Apple manages refunds under its own policies. If you want a refund, contact Apple directly through the App Store or reportaproblem.apple.com.

Your data

Our apps store data on your device. If you turn on iCloud sync, Apple handles that data under its own terms. We do not collect, store, or have access to your data at any point. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

No warranty

We provide the apps "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that the apps will be free of errors, always available, or fit for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HavenApps will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the apps. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, loss of profits, or damage to your device. Our total liability for any claim related to the apps will not exceed the amount you paid for the app in question.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the apps after any change means you accept the new terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Netherlands.
